Do you wake up with back pain in the morning?
Try this one easy stretch for back pain relief!
Hold for 2 minutes for 3 sets with one minute rest off between sets for blood to flow.
You don’t want to be in agonizing pain; however, in order to progress in mobility, you will need to hold this stretch for two minutes at a pain level of 7/10. You should feel stiff when you come out of the stretch. That means you’re changing the fibers in the muscle.
Perform daily! We all need to stretch more. Movement and mobility is life!
