Storm Shield forecast morning update 10/20/17

A cold front brings a significant change in the weather today. Expect a high of just 68 today in Bakersfield, the coldest afternoon we've seen since the middle of May! The Kern River Valley will top out in the low 60s with the low 50s in Tehachapi and Frazier Park. The rain chances taper off at lunch time and increasing winds this afternoon behind the cold front will help to clear the skies and leave us feeling very cold and uncomfortable.
