Mayor Mike Jennings violates First Amendment

Current WCS Attorney and Watertown Mayor Mike Jennings goes into “fight or flight” mode as he yells and silences Officer Jessica Gray, telling her to stop talking and sit down. He prevented her from airing her grievances in a public city meeting. He justified doing so by saying her words were an “attack.” No threats of violence or insults were made by Officer Gray.
