IDF Kills “Hamas Rocket Expert” | G7 Backs “Humanitarian Pause” In Gaza | South Africa Recalls Envoy

The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said it had killed one of the top figures in Hamas’s weapons production apparatus in an overnight airstrike. At least four people were killed in an Israeli air raid in Jabalia in northern Gaza. The State of Palestine’s deputy permanent observer to the UN said Israel believes it can “kill any and every Palestinian in Gaza”. In a post on social media, Ambassador Majed Bamya said Israel believes it has a freehand to kill people in Gaza. Top diplomats of the G7 nations announced a unified stance on the Israel-Hamas war after meetings in Tokyo. Meanwhile, the South African government said it would recall all its diplomats from Israel to signal its concern over the situation in Gaza on November 7.
