1½ OZ. BOURBON
¾ OZ. PINEAPPLE JUICE
¼ OZ. ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
¼ OZ. APEROL
¼ OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE
¼ OZ. HONEY
put all in a shaker with ice and shake til chilled, serve in a coupe glass with dried pineapple slice for garnish.
