For those who haven’t been following, Last October Tesla did something that almost no other automaker at this price point, or really any price close to it has done. They removed 12 of these small ultra sonic sensors from the bumpers of all Model 3’s and Y’s. 6 in the front and 6 in the back. This was a pretty bold move since it was basically doubling down on Tesla’s vision based future.
Now here we are nearly 6 months later, and the update just arrived for these October 2022 or later cars!
