Bill Scalia is an inventor, physicist and an EV pioneer. His background in the development of LED lightning set off a lightbulb of its own for Bill. He developed a personalized and commercial LED lightning system which sanitizes and purifies the air in just about any environment. From sporting events to school, churches, buses and airplanes.
