Kay Rubacek is a human rights activist whose books and films raise awareness of the Chinese Communist Party's brutality. Rubacek has a vast history of opposing totalitarianism, and she was arrested for holding a pro-peace banner at Tiananmen square. In part one of this episode of the Barefoot Lawyer Reports, Dr. William Saunders interviews Rubacek.

Through the support of the Center for Human Rights, Guangcheng broadcasts his message for justice in both English and Chinese from the heart of Washington, D.C. His gripping story, a true odyssey for justice, is recounted in his memoir.
