When You Are Afraid.

We all have our moments. Days when we are just tired, some times its been one problem after another. Sometimes feels like a decade of chaos. We have moments when our faith was shaken.
I found sometimes we just need comfort and strength to make it through the afternoon. I’m sharing a practice I use which is praying the psalms. I often found that the psalms express some of the highs and lows of life. We don’t always know the words to even say. Using the psalms as prayer points has helped me so much.
