Perfect dressing for any salad and you will only need avocado, lemon and lime. You can use only avocado and lemon or avocado and lime, whichever you prefer. Lemon is more acidic than lime. You can also add jalapeno if you like it spicy or garlic for extra flavor, or honey for sweetness. Sky is the limit!
This is a great way to use an older avocado that is too mushy and not so appetizing.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 lemons
- 1 lime
- salt and pepper to taste

You can use hand blender or better yet Nutribullet.
