Breakfast Quesadilla with Bacon Eggs and Sausage | Original VS Light

Breakfast quesadilla with egg, bacon and sausage is a great and high protein meal to start you day. 2 ways: regular versus lighter version. You can make it only with bacon or only sausage or just eggs and cheese if you'd like. It is great to serve with pico de gallo (recipe here: https://youtu.be/Z8JupDndNK8 )

Ingredients for original version:
- flour tortilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 bacon slice
- 1 sausage link (3 oz)
- 1 oz cheese of your choice (I used swiss - Jarlesberg)
- salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for lighter version:
- low calorie tortilla option (I used Xtreme brand)
- 1 bacon slice
- 1 chicken sausage link
- 0.5 swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
