Flavorful Mango Avocado Salad with Chicken

Mango and avocado go together perfectly in this salad. Add chicken for protein and you have a perfect and balanced meal. Mango adds sweetness and avocado creaminess. I made lemon lime avocado dressing to go with it - no oil used. I love to toss all ingredients together but you cal also make a nice presentation if you wish.

Ingredients for one serving:
- 4 oz roasted chicken breast
- 3 oz mango
- half avocado (2.5 oz)
- 3 oz cucumber
- 1.5 oz red onion
- 4 cups Mixed greens lettuce

- salt and pepper to taste
