Halfway house hired predator to watch men piss

This is the fellowship halfway house in groton CT. Bill Edward's has been employed there since atleast 2018. He was doing the male urines then, who knows what he's doing now. But he shouldn't be employed there. He's already proved he's not fit. The state forces citizens to be in this position. The halfway house superiors are at fault for not just hiring Bill, but also the fool who came out whining and crying. The citizens of this state deserve better, criminals or not. Let me know what you guys think. I'll put links to the articles before about this ex cop. I'll put all the info to the halfway house, and the police if you don't like anything feel free to let them know!!!

this one has a picture if him, so ppl can see that it's the same guy. read the comments it's pathetic. ex officers attesting to how great of a guy he was, it can't be true bla bla... but Bill admitted it? ppl were calling to have the article removed because Bill has kids? Bill should have been thinking about his kids when he did this.
