Douglas Mackey and the Death of the 1st Amendment

This video covers the case of Douglas Mackey aka Rickey Vaughn. He was a prolific memer who trolled the left with a meme that said they could vote for Killary by text in the 2016 election. No one was fooled by this. No one lost their right to vote and yet the judge decried it as an attack on democracy. The jurors found him guilty and he has been sentenced to 7 months. I get a little spicy in this one.
