This chapter’s main idea is that ‘We are what We Think’. All of us literally build up or destroy ourselves, our character, through the sheer force of our thoughts.

This can only go either one of two ways, giving us vast power or vast problems.

Therefore, a man must watch, control and alter his thoughts, by application, self-analysis and experience, in order to reach into his soul and connect with the essence of his being.

Through awareness and adaptation of all our thoughts, we can change our character and willingly shape the trajectory of our life.
