Raysean Howard Sentenced | Murder of 6yr Old • SENTENCES

The man accused of shooting and killing a 6-year-old girl during a drive-by at a South Collingwood home has changed his plea and could spend the rest of his life locked up.

On Tuesday, a Cuyahoga County judge sentenced 23-year-old Raysean Howard to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 23 years. As part of a plea agreement, Howard pleaded guilty to murder in order to have the charge reduced from aggravated murder, a more severe offense that carries the possibility of the death penalty.

Howard also pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder, along with several other drug charges.
