Surveillance Report's Quality Decline

These guys have made editing slip ups before, usually very minor and rarely. However, this particular video just seemed sloppy in terms of editing. It'd be one thing if it was a publishing or software error, but for easy fixes that shouldn't have been missed it seems like all that matters is pushing a video rather than inspecting the quality.
