When Hezekiah reigned as King of Judah (715–687 B.C. ) the Lunar month was changed? All the world had 360 day Lunar Calendars at the time of the change.The 10 degree sign to Hezekiah caused a 40 minute time difference between the position of the sun in relation to the moon. This 40 minute difference is True Every Day since that time.
40 minuets per day times 30 days = 1200 minutes difference per month
