Zone Exercise Series Part .4

Pelvic rocks are a Zone 2 exercise. Zone 2 is our second energy centre which is all to do with stress over relationships and sex.

This exercise is great to bring movement and brain connection back to the pelvis. Start with forward to back, then side to side and then progress to figure 8’s.
