When I see messages like this one, I automatically think of the Wayne’s World character Garth, played by comedian Dana Carvey, when he says “Live in the now, man!” It’s excellent advice! Let’s find happiness in the present moment. It’s self compassion Sunday - show yourself some love and compassion today. And live in the now, man!
