Ricky Vaughn

Memes are protected by the First Amendment but the tyrants in the FBI and DOJ decided to prosecute Ricky Vaughn for memes, in violation of the Constitution. It's 100% politically based and biased. This is not acceptable. All of these people must be fired. I will pardon Ricky Vaughn and insure he gets an appropriate remedy.
