I never really measure anything when I’m seasoning pork chops. I measure with my heart. 🤣🤣 Just mix the seasoning in there until it’s the way you like it, dredge the pork chops, and then fry for roughly 4 minutes per side. Mind you, these pork chops are boneless. Once they’re done, remove them from the pan and set aside. I remove the majority of the grease they were cooking in, just leaving behind the little crunchy flavorful parts. Melt a tablespoon or 2 of butter, sprinkle in some all purpose flour, and then whisk until the flour is golden brown. Pour in some milk, and keep whisking until it is smooth and thickened. Serve with whatever sides you like.
