Let's make this bread rolls! These have a wonderful crispy crust on the outside while the inside is soft and dense.
This is the simplest bread recipe! Recipe has only 4 ingredients: water, flour, salt, & yeast. If you have never made bread before then this recipe is a great place to start! You can swap fresh yeast for 7 g of dry yeast.

20 g fresh yeast
500 g bread flour
2 tsp of salt
