A former Wayne County Roads Division employee will serve 32 months

The man solicited equipment with another employee and falsified invoices to have the county pay for the equipment. The men then allegedly took the equipment and sold it online to profit personally. Through the scheme, the county purchased 596 pieces of power equipment.
