Meditation to Heal Depression, Anxiety, and other Emotional Problems
The way most people handle the emotion problems is lock them up in a cabinet and thinking as long as I don't open it, I'll be just fine. But you know it's not working because you had great plans unexpectedly ruined by emotional attacks, and you have to avoid circumstances out of fear that you'll be triggered into a tale spin. They could open the cabinet without your notice anytime that want, to let the emotions out to attack you. And the cabinet has a limit, after that, you'll have much bigger and wider range of problems.
