CNN Correspondence - We Have A Sense Who Will Be Charge But They Aren't Notified Yet

I don't understand how this is still an on going project. According to the latest information, Mueller may have been involved in different criminal actions, while he was in charge of the FBI. He should be removed from the instigation and investigated himself.
