In the Western Hemisphere, Warren Buffett has sold off $38 Billion in stock, even though the Washington leadership has touted their market numbers. The Oracle of Omaha's company, Berkshire Hathaway, is now sitting on a record $157 Billion cash pile. Why is all of this happening and, more importantly, how could this all impact you?
