Unexpected fish rescue!

I catch a green sunfish with another anglers hook in its mouth. I'm really surprised to find this in its mouth and the fish still feeding. The hook looks like it had been there for some time as the line was covered in slime. I was not able to get the hook but I cut the line as far down as I could before releasing.
