18-Year-Old College Athlete Arrested For Wrong-Way Driving

Allyson (18, Female) was arrested on November 11th, 2022 at 2:41am by Officer Dura of the Dubuque Police Department. She was pulled over for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. She states that she was the designated driver and had nothing to drink, however a breathalyzer later reveals her BrAC to be a 0.140 which is almost double the legal limit of 0.08.
