"I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to arrest me" - Law Student Arrested for Aggravated DWI

Veronique (25, Female) was arrested on January 25th, 2020 at 9:51pm by Officer Brown of the Albuquerque Police Department. Veronique states that she is 'about to get her law degree' (08:45). Later in the video, Veronique tells Officer Brown that she is 'pretty sure' he can only arrest her if she's willing to be arrested (10:18). At the station, she blows a 0.16 BrAC into the breathalyzer machine, which is double the legal limit (18:45)
