We need to address the elephant in the room.

Life coaches.

A lot of people discredit them for a variety of reasons, but the reality is, life coaching can make very meaningful change in people’s lives.

Why do life coaches get such a bad rap?

I think it’s secretly because everyone hates the idea of not having the ability to improve their own circumstances (without help).

It makes us feel “less than” if we need to outsource our ability to achieve life's milestones to someone else.

But in reality life coaches are just another teacher who holds us accountable and gives us tools to accomplish what we want to do.

So whether we can do it ourselves, or whether we work with someone, as long as the end goal is massive self improvement for the betterment of society, i’m all for it.
