Involvement of Inmates and Staff:
* The primary user of the contraband phone was identified as inmate Trenton Alexander Freeman, with Travarious Jackson as a secondary user. The phone contained evidence of their involvement in fraudulent credit card activities and drug transactions.
* Correctional Officer Lagenne Burton was implicated in the scheme. She was approached by inmate Freeman to participate in illegal monetary transactions. She received money from Freeman's mother, Flora Freeman, and was instructed to transfer it for the purchase of contraband.
Burton's Admission and Charges:
* During an interview, Burton admitted to her involvement, initially believing her actions weren't seriously wrong. She confirmed her Cash App account was used to receive and send money as directed by inmate Freeman.
