Petgrave is a Murderer

Nottingham Panthers ice hockey player Adam Johnson was murdered on the ice by Sheffield Steelers’ Matt Petgrave. The Panthers faced the Steelers on October 28, 2023, in a Challengers Cup match at the Sheffield Arena. Petgrave’s skating blade slashed Johnson’s neck during the match which led to the Panthers player’s unfortunate death. He leaves a young fiancé behind and formerly played for the Pittsburgh Penguins. One of Johnsons teammates bumped into Petgrave, and Petgrave became incensed and raised his leg above his head to cut Johnson’s neck off. After this attack, you can see Petgrave on the ice with his leg still raised, indicating it was a totally voluntary action and he didn’t retract his leg once it made contact. Petgrave insisted he lost his balance, but he locked his leg to attack Johnson’s neck, which isn’t an accidental movement. Petgrave’s unruly past has come to light after this incident.
