A Super Mario World rom hack made by Gamma V in 2017, Mario and Luigi: Kola Kingdom Quest is a Reboot of the 2015 hack, Super Mario Bros. 5 Reborn. Mario and Luigi are taking a much needed vacation in the Kola Kingdom when they learn that Bowser has taken over the Mushroom Kingdom in their absence. Now they must venture through the Kola Kingdom in order to return to their home and free it from Bowser's clutches.

We arrive at Pipe City, which features a pipeline that hasn't been cancelled or destroyed! We also encounter red piranha plants that don't hide from Mario when he's next to their pipe and a Boss Bass that can't die. Furthermore, we finally reach the Rainbow Bridge mentioned in World 4, which leads to a Star Road taking us into the unknown.
