A Super Mario World rom hack made by Gamma V in 2017, Mario and Luigi: Kola Kingdom Quest is a Reboot of the 2015 hack, Super Mario Bros. 5 Reborn. Mario and Luigi are taking a much needed vacation in the Kola Kingdom when they learn that Bowser has taken over the Mushroom Kingdom in their absence. Now they must venture through the Kola Kingdom in order to return to their home and free it from Bowser's clutches.

World 7, the Winter Peak, has us face off against penguins, unrelenting snowballs, and worse, Ice Physics. Oh God, the Ice Physics. The romhack is no longer pulling its punches either, with the platforming being a lot more trickier than in the previous worlds, all while Lemmy Koopa is literally trying to bomb us.
