What Are The Chances?

Recently, citizens of the U.S. were told that while the impeachment inquiry into #46 continues, there is not sufficient grounds to proceed with the impeachment process, although that could change soon.

The Universe was asked what the outlook is for the person seen in the public eye and acting with the authority and under the auspices of #46 to leave office before his "term" would have expired via impeachment or otherwise, plus insights as deemed appropriate at this time.
