Georgia Restaurant Charges Parents $50 Fee For Bad Parenting

A restaurant in Georgia, USA, called Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, enacted a rule charging parents $50 per bill if they do poor parenting in the restaurant.
The owner, Tim Ritcher, started this rule when the coronavirus pandemic started, right when some families weren't supervising their kids, which kids were running around the restaurant, being loud, and bothering other diners.
A party of five families had come in to dine at the restaurant. One of the parents, Lyndsey Landmann was charged $50 for bad parenting as she let her kids run around the restaurant.
She demanded why she got charged, when claiming her kids were behaving properly.
There were 11 kids eating at the end of the table, ranging from the ages of 3 to 8.
Tim Ritcher says that the 11 kids were being loud and running around the restaurant.
Lyndsey claims that Tim was yelling, and was "alarming" to her.
Lyndsey's husband gave the restaurant a 1-star review after getting charged the $50 extra charge.
The parents were not supervising the kids properly, and should've disciplined them for being a nuisance to other diners in the restaurant, the staff, and the owner.
A parenting tip that works is to bring a favorite toy, get a coloring page, or order something that the kids will like and get them occupied.
Some restaurants will have things for kids to do if they are under 12, and maybe eating a kids meal.
Otherwise, take the kids to McDonald's.
