NEWNES HISTORIC AND 1980

Newnes, located in New South Wales, Australia, was a shale oil producing place in the 19th Century. Long deserted here is a look back in time when friends and I visited for the weekend in 1980. I've incorporated old photos with comparison of then 1980 sites. Filmed in Super8, I have made it 16:9 and created the soundtrack as it was a silent film!!
