Modified mRNA/DNA: Fraud and Lack of Informed Consent

Recently, his team, including David Wiseman, MD, found DNA and plasmids waste or adulteration in Pfizer and Moderna modified MRNA products for COVID "vaccines." These included SV 40, simian virus 40, promotor sequence. Although it was not entire SV40 virus, this and other plasmid contamination brings into question about the manufacturing processes, change in techniques, lack of oversight, lack of quality control and assurance, side effect potential and elements of fraud.
