The FCC (in a 3:2 Vote along US party lines) has adopted new policies with regards to discrimination and Digital Equity.

These policies are some of the most broadly defined and far-reaching regulatory claims in recent memory, calling motive into question and making it difficult to understand how, when, or why this power will be used.
