Logan Paul and KSI do not own the prime company and combined they own less than half of the whole business. The real owner of prime is called Congo Brands which owns most of Prime. But the brand does prioritize influencer marketing and likely brought on Logan Paul and KSI to help promote the brand. This has made many people feel like prime has been deceptive in their marketing since the very beginning. Both Logan Paul and KSI have founder of at Prime Energy in their Instagram bios, even though that’s not entirely accurate.

In the beginning, prime also intentionally kept their stock numbers low so that it would seem like these drinks were selling out and there was all this hype when in reality they’re just wasn’t enough prime to go around. All of this would cause customers to go early to the next prime drop so that they didn’t miss out. The marketing strategies around prime are definitely genius, but sometimes shady in how they pretend like Logan Paul and KSI just started this company.
