Chance of course lied about his Internet being "cut" and he refuses to help his family and his landlord.
As I said in the video, If he isn't willing to spend 2 hours a day to help out his family and his landlord, then it's NO DEAL. We cut it down from 4 hours a day to only 2h, he has 22h every day to jerk off and scream at/beat up Sally with, that should be more than enough.
