The Only Thing More Annoying than Leafblowers?!

This guys been flying 50feet over properties like this off and on during early morning Sundays for months now! Ive filmed it several times and posted to my local fb groups and other annoyed people don’t know who he is either so i sent this to the medford paraglider school who dont use motors and have heard about this guy giving them a bad name so now they have what his chute looks like and sharing it around medford members to try and identify him and see if he cant be reasoned with hopefully 😝
