Using A Ham Radio WIthout A HAM License After World War 3

In this video I explain the difference in MY definition of an emergency and a SHTF situation, and when the FCC says you may or may not legally use a ham radio, GMRS radio or any radio with or without an FCC license. Hopefully this will clarify what I mean when I talk about using a ham radio for emergency communications without a license vs using a GMRS or ham radio with no license during a SHTF scenario such as WWIII, civil war, pandemic or other global or regional catastrophe - like World War 3
