Paul's Letter to the Ephesians

The message Paul was sending is that believers in Christ are transformed from the spiritually dead to the living by Jesus Christ.

The main message of Ephesians is that believers in Christ are reconciled not only to God, but to each other. They are to maintain unity of purpose within their families and church, while resisting the temptation to fall into the sin of the world surrounding them.

The purpose of the letter to the Ephesians was to encourage unity in the early church, that we are not to be divided by our former status of Jews and Gentiles.

Paul concludes the letter with advice to put on the whole armor of God to protect ourselves from spiritual warfare with the evil one.
