Video claiming Ukraine army uses dogs with explosives attached

On Telegram the following statement accompanied the video:
"Ukrainian military uses dogs as live bombs

Ukrainian bomb squads under the guidance of NATO and the FBI have been teaching dogs to detect and remove explosives, as well as to be a live bomb.

🪖 The agent of the special service of the Lugansk People's Republic told Sputnik that there are more incidents of dogs destroying Russian fortifications, trained by "terrorist methods" of Western services.

Russian intelligence discovered Ukrainian documents in the liberated area of Severodonetsk describing the use of animals for bombs. Foreign sappers trained both purebred and mixed-breed dogs."
