Worst TikTok trend ever

TikTok is currently trending Osama Bin Laden's "Letter to America" from 2002. Now the article has since been taken down, but why is the Chinese social media site pushing this message to its users now? Why do so many of these trends seem inorganic, and always towards one specific direction?
