THE BEST ROASTED POTATOES RECIPE EVER!

If you like roasted potatoes like me you're going to love this video! One of my favourite food in the UK are roasted potatoes. Crispy outside and fluffy inside what more can you ask of a humble spud??

This British way of doing roasted potatoes is fantastic and you can pimp them up with any herb or spice for the ultimate roasted potato.

Like I said in the video I'm not giving quantities because I want to you the technique on how to make them whether you're using 500gr or 5Kg.
