In this video shot at Jason's workshop in Philadelphia at Studio 2E, Jason uses the Rotolight Anova Pro 2 with the a 7 foot umbrella with a model named Stephanie who is a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo.

They teamed up to use her skills as a martial artist to show the power of capturing motion with a flash that has no recycle time. Jason used the Sony A7iii as his camera because it has the best combination of speed with a mechanical shutter and buffer of the 3 big Sony full frame cameras.
