‘The Serial Killer’s Last Breath’ is an upcoming short horror film by writer Lee Bullen

This teaser features two completed scenes and three songs from the soundtrack

The film follows the final minutes of the twisted life of ‘The Butcher’

Act I is set in a cave at night (graphic artwork depicts the as-yet-unfilmed sequence)

The serial killer is seen preparing dinner on an open fire

The Butcher samples a sliver of meat from the pan and suddenly starts to choke

He drops to the ground clasping his throat, knocking over the fire and losing consciousness

The macabre source of his evening meal is revealed

Shaking on the ground, The Butcher fights for breath as his life flashes before his wide eyes

Six flashbacks make up Act II of the 20-minute film

Filmed in grainy black & white, the flashbacks show The Butcher’s six victims:

Victim #1 – ‘The Tinder Date’
Scene: Set outside a street cafe at night (to be filmed)

Victim #2 – ‘The Singer’
Scene: Filmed in a bar at night (to be filmed)

Victim #3 – ‘The Stalked Teen’
Scene: Set on the beach during the day

Victim #4 – ‘The Fisherman’
Scene: Filmed on the coast during the day

Victim #5 – ‘The Boyfriend’
Scene: Set on a mountain road at night (to be filmed)

Victim #6 – ‘The Girlfriend’
Scene: Set on a mountain road at night (to be filmed)

Act III returns to present time in the cave where we witness The Butcher’s final breath...

And a twist in the tale...

Coming in 2024

The independent movie is being filmed with two second-hand mobile phones (Galaxy A12 and iPhone 13) on a budget of less than $100

The storyline is set to music by Wes Brislen

Several friends are lending a hand and appearing as victims, the rest is being juggled by Lee Bullen
